We requested some change to treatment/prescription and she found the right solution which she followed up on over the phone to tweak the medication. The practice is quiet and clean. Staff was efficient and direct and also friendly without being overly sweet. All in all a really easy and pleasant experience.

I found Dr Herman to be very business like and not personable or accommodating. When you need to talk to someone at this Marmora office you have to go through a call center which screens the reason for you calling and then a Nurse or another office representative calls you back after they discussed why you called with Dr. I found this unacceptable and less productive. They do not allow you to switch to another Dr in practice since I was told that it's not their policy to do so unless you wait a few months until there is an opening. For these reasons I do not recommend this practice for senior citizens as they treat you like a number instead of a patient with appropriate needs
