Me being frugal, I self cleaned it to the best of my ability before the movers set up... But the carpet was not yielding to my attempts. Nevertheless, I dealt with it for seven months, and called a professional for our move out. All I can say is the carpet looks brand new! He deep cleaned and raked the carpet and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. He was patient (as my husband had to run an errand on base), methodical, very polite an prices reasonably for a 3bd/2.5bth townhome. If we still lived in the area I would call him to do our area rug and sofas. If you are in need of carpet cleaning look no further and call today! (I'm sure that sounded like an infomercial, but seriously for the price and work he can't be beat!)

Not sure what the true story with Robert is, but I can tell you I have never had a problem with La Sill's in anyway. This is a top notch, will oiled machine. Being in a military town, I can only guess in what happen to Robert S. Being Fort Sill is a training center for basic, this town is full of out of towners, and so are the storage places... If Robert was able to get anything back, just tells what kind of place this is. There are laws these types of business must follow, or they won't be in business long, so going into Robert's storage means he was very late... That should not count against a good business, and now you know why I spent the time to set the record straight. Shame on you Robert S!
