This guy (DM) is a clown! Just buys and installs whatever he wants, wherever he wants instead of calling the homeowner and asking. simple questions like, "What kind of faucets and hardware are you going to want?" Nope. He just bought el cheapo stuff and installed it. Made him come back 3 times to replace the crap he installed and install it where I wanted it. Then he decided the manly way to handle the situation was to not answer his phone or return messages but instead have his wife return my calls. Not sure what to think about a guy that needs his wife to handle his business for him. Apparently got his feelings hurt and couldn't handle criticism. When he finally decided to answer the phone he says, "Oh, you mean I can come over and work now?" to which I responded, "Hell you could have come over 2 months ago if you'd answer your phone."
Long story short, I fired the guy. Lots of mistakes and half-assed work. The guy (DM) is immature, unprofessional and acts like a petulant child. Find another plumber for your needs. You'll be happy you did. read more
