No notification from them at all. Aubrey Santillo was looking into getting the flight rebooked and in the meantime I spoke to Melissa (the manager) who is quite possibly the rudest human being I have ever spoken to. Basically said she was "trying to make it right" and did nothing. She was so ignorant that she hung up the phone on me. She has attitude and has no business working in the customer service industry. Then three days later same thing happened again on interstate 71 in Ohio, never showed up so I changed tire myself again. At that point was so pissed I got all new tires and a years refund from those clowns, didn't renew this year as my new vehicles have auto towing included in service... Bye bye AAA!
