You can however always ask the receptionist for advice for your hair - and she will team you up with who she thinks will be the best fit. I got my hair cut by Swedish Cecilie today and she was outstanding. She really took her time with my hair and answered all my concerns, often preempting my questions before I had them. She took her time to study my hair neatly and then spent a really good time cutting it from all different angles to make sure the cut was perfect. At Toni&Guy you get a great hair wash with scalp massage while you rest in a massage chair, making you feel really pampered - always a plus! Cecilie then took her time to explain all the different ways I could style and dry my new cut to make sure I would the most of it. I will definitely be back, this place is outstanding !

They use Logona Herbal Hair Colors from Denmark (100% organic, plant based color). Balanzera has a nice and calming space. Everyone that works there is really nice and friendly. They serve organic tea and healthy snacks (apples, nuts, raisins and sometimes dark chocolate). If you get a color treatment you can have a hot foot bath and an apple cider vinegar scalp treatment is done after the color is washed out. I highly recommend this salon. Like any salon in Norway it's not cheap, but quality counts!

At least it looked that way to me. When I did get service, they acted like I was bothering them and didn't even seem to know much about the products. I still got out of there with the shampoo after a while, too much time spent in chaos and misunderstandings. After all, the shampoo is not such a great product. I recommend to read yourself up on the stuff on the ingredient list and do google search to know what it does, even when you go to a shop with nature products.
