The FIRST time they came out to install, the railings were OVER 3 feet too short! It took the company SIX times of coming out and hours of time spent on the phone with the project manager, the installer, myself and my husband! The only person in the Company that ever apologized for all the problems, was the young man who came out to install. The product was very well done. However, only gets 3 stars because of poor customer service. Its hard to get anybody to answer the phone. I would call the girl who gave me her cell phone or left message there. She never apologized for all the inconveniences we had!!

I also wanted pressure treated southern pine. Patrick understood this and delivered the build quality I wanted and then some. A final thought about Rock Solid. When you hire Patrick Hagan to do your deck your getting thirty-one years of knowledge.Your getting an A plus better business rating. He also is insured and will travel one way up to fifty miles.
