This year they are trying to remedy the over charge by doing the cleaning but the cleaner came out and is only doing the house Windows and not the deck glass. Now he will have to come back out. The guy also let the ladder side down the house which marked the stucco. The girl in the office doubted that it happened after I saw it happen and have pictures of the damage which there was no concern for repair. I will never use them again after ripping me off, not doing the job as quoted or discussed and showing no concern or remedy of damage done. Especially the attitude of the girl in the office.
