I feel that the store has things that they know work for them personally which means you won't feel too overwhelmed when making a decision. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced!! I placed an order online and paid $40 extra for…read more2-3 day priority shipping because i needed the item that week. I get a cancellation email 3 days later, and so I purchased the item from a local store. Fast forward 3 weeks later, half of the cancelled order shows up at my door. At this point I have absolutely no use for the item and I ask the seller for a return shipping label. They refused to send me a returned shipping label or pay for the returned shipping unless I sent back the item first. Long story short they never reimbursed me for the $35 I had to pay for shipping. 3/5 times I would call the store nobody would answer. Very rude and dishonest people Do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere.
