We didn't get the man's name, but he was bald, older, and had a beard and an angry disposition. It turned out that my ID was expired, which was fine, but when we asked him a question about it (if I left, could my partner still shop) he just stared at us with his arms crossed and said "I answered all your questions." When pressed that it's okay if we can't buy anything, we'd just like to know for the future, he became aggravated and raised his voice before getting his manager. The manager seemed afraid of this man. If I could give zero stars I would, we will not be coming back and we plan on contacting the GM.

If you are looking for a vape shop in the Kalamazoo area, I'd highly recommend checking them out because they willing definitely hook you up with what you need. They have lots of cute products and everything was reasonably priced. It was super close to FanFare (the whole reason we made the trip) so that is what lead us here and I am grateful they were do conveniently located. Our local vape shop went out of business and I've been using the same vape juice for about 5 years, Joost brand cinnatoast. They helped lead me to a flavor that was similar.
