We purchased our home largely because the inspection they performed came back clean. Just DAYS after closing, we started experiencing major foundational issues--with water literally pouring into the basement. We've had four separate basement and foundation experts come out, and every single one said the issues should have been caught during inspection. We now need $30,000 in foundation repairs. On top of that, our AC unit is too close to the gas line, which is not up to state code and also should have been flagged. We've tried reaching out via email, phone, and text--and have received no response to remedy the issues. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. This inspection will cost us tens of thousands of dollars and enormous stress. Avoid Wiemann at all costs.

Call us weird, but that's super-important to us! All-in-all, we're thankful that Greg took the time to answer our questions (even random ones, such as, "Where's the water main?" -- you'll want to know where this is and keep that area clear/easy to get to in case you need to shut the water off in an emergency!).
