Finding affordable, high quality windows, with the best service can be hard to find.I had bad experiences with other window companies. im so grateful to have been referred to hometown windows by a previous customer. Austin was so great, he explained everything to us during our consultation, which totally took the stress off the situation of needing new windows ASAP. we just had a new baby, our windows were super dated/we had a cold draft and it was noisy for the baby. hometown was able to get it done so fast. Israel, Daniel, and the rest of the crew did an amazing job. They were professional, polite, and courteous. We had 22 windows installed and Israel estimated the job to be done by 3pm. They were done right on time. The crew deserves a 5 star rating, but I am giving an overall rating of 4 stars because of a lack of communication regarding a particular style of one of our windows. We were not told ahead of time that a particular style could not be made in the size we needed. We received that info the morning of the install and had to make a quick decision. The crew was apologetic even though it was not their fault. When I received a call from the owner, Andrew, after the job was completed, I explained to him what happened. He was also apologetic and said he would look into the matter. We did receive $100 off the project, but considering the total cost of the job and how we were really expecting a certain type of window, it would have been nice to see a little more of a discount. Overall, we're happy with the windows and would use Home time again. read more

He got a second set of measurements carried out to make sure everything fit properly. Danny, Danny , and George were my installers. They did an excellent job and completed it in 6 hrs. They cleaned up inside and out and put back some window treatments that needed to be removed during installation. The quality of the product is high. The first visit with Jaimie to review the project and measure windows was quick and easy. Showed up on time, explained the process and reached out to me within 3 days with the final plans and cost, and scheduling the project day was easy. Nate and Elio were the installers. Again, showed up on time and the install went great. I was home with an infant and was worried about the noise., but it was fairly quiet and quick. They vacuumed up after and explained how long it would take for the caulking to dry. Owner reached out within a week to make sure everything went smooth.
