So I did ask the builder project manager ( Jerry)and all the realtors on site (Josh, Rhonda and Susan) and they said you never asked them about bringing others. After you left and I asked why they didn't allow it, I found out you didn't inquire. They would have made sure the "team" had insurance. When I called and scheduled your "team" no one told me I wouldn't have the "team". When you were late and couldn't find our address and your office called me for directions, I asked her if the whole "team" was lost? She didn't tell me that a "team" isn't coming. Also, both me and my husband, asked you, individually, why your experts weren't there. So we did question you. But when you told us our builders didn't allow it, we were shocked and found out later, you hadn't asked. Not sure calling would resolve anything. Just sharing my opinion. After reading the response below...I'll only say one more thing. I asked you where our team was. When my husband arrives, he did too. You told us our builders wouldn't allow it. That's not true. We were referred to HomeTeam by our realtor at Berkshire Hathaway in Peachtree City. Henry Williams did a very thorough inspection and was extremely detailed and clear with us about things that were cosmetic vs. structural, electrical, etc. He provided a fantastic report with pictures of all issues that was easy to navigate and reference during our due diligence period (for us it was really helpful to be able to share with our friends, parents, etc., as this was our first home.) The report was also helpful in our negotiations with the seller and we ended up being able to get some money off our closing costs to help with some repairs. Lastly, the receptionists that work for HomeTeam are great. Every time I called they picked up and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this company. read more

Lost a buyer because all of the things marked as findings for one of your inspectors. Marked "outlets do not work" with a picture beside it. But turned the switch off that provided power to the outlet. (When I came home my internet wifi box was turned off so that's how I knew the switch was off) out of all the marked findings, the inspector stated that "this is a common characteristic in homes built around this time...but must get a structural engineer to confirm that this pipe isn't slanted because of the house settling" this is a 44 year old all brick home that is solid and in great condition. Everything marked as a finding, as with the other comment from another review on here, the inspector noted that someone else had to determine/inspect their findings. Your inspector took the panel off the breaker box and now my dishwasher will not work when I just used it the day before. Your inspector marked that my power meter needs to be secured that it's unstable, but it is mounted with a pole against my brick home and doesn't even budge. I had an electrician come and laughed and said that none of these findings were an accurate inspection. The list goes on! It was all opinionated and said that the new pipes installed were "primed to clogging" when I had a plumber come out to inspect it, was advised that they are actually one of the best pipes to use and that they recommend that to all their customers. Also, during the home inspection your inspector allowed the buyer, the buyers dog, brother and sister roam through the house without the agent and had muddy dog prints all over my house!
