The worst customer service I have ever seen. The internet service is hit or miss when working it is passable but never at the speed promised. As far as customer service and I have had them for over 5 years. They now never answer the phone and rarely will call back. I have found that they will answer the phone if you call the uhaul place in knob nobster on 5o hwy. read more

Dishonest company. Complained over and over with no results....filed a complaint with the Missouri Better Business and they tried to contact Homestead Electronics and they didn't even respond to the Better Business!
