This was the nicest home loan experience I could have asked for. All I had to do was have one meeting with Brian, and we knew we were in good hands. He explained all the options we had and got us a fantastic rate. From the initial meeting, the service only improved. Brian didn't bug us. He or his assistant contacted me for a few necessary items for the underwriter, but that was it. It was smooth and simple. If I wanted to know where we were in the process, all I had to do was call or email. I would highly recommend Home Rate Mortgage and Mr. Currier. Very professional and very proficient. read more

With this being my second home purchase I must say I was dreading the process. But HomeRate Mortgage has far exceeded my expectations. My loan officer Isaiah keeps me updated every step of the way. The hardest part of the process is the long 30+ day wait for closing. But HomeRate Mortgage keeps me informed when each step of the process is completed and the next step in line. I am very impressed with the constant open line of communication I have with Isaiah. If you are looking to purchase a home, I HIGHLY recommend HomeRate Mortgage. read more

Was kind of let down dealing with a different guy. Won't say his name. Sent a message to the Facebook page. Got a call the next day from Dustin Swafford. From that point on everything was perfect. He set us up with a realtor who was awesome. Wife found a house that he showed us. We put an offer in while standing in the driveway. No problems at all going through the process. Closed on time. After all the horror stories I've heard about buying a house I was a little scared. No reason to be though. Everything went perfect read more
