We made it too closing. The third party loan company you sold our loan too didn't have anything completed on time forcing us to pay to have closing pushed back. You most likely won't get a house. What they don't tell you is they sell your loan to third parties with names like "loans with Lisa". Lisa doesn't like to work or communicate. If you don't do her job for her she will help you do nothing but pay more money to extend more deadlines because she's too lazy to work. He will convince you to take a loan for a lot more than you planned. Talk you from an affordable trailer to a foreclosed home that is 90k$ more.​

Of course, where to look for a mortgage was the primary concern and could I count on the person handling it, to be able to answer the numerous concerns that ran through my head, each day. I reached out to as friend who recommended me to his broker, Joseph Heisler. He had handled the purchase of his home a number of years ago. He gave me the phone number and encouraged me to give him a call. Following his suggestion, I did, and it took all of five minutes to realize i was directed to the right person to handle all of my concerns. Mr. Heisler is the consummate professional and has over 30 years experience handling mortgages. He explains every step of the process, in layman's terms, and makes himself available at a moment's notice. His laid back approach is very comforting and while explaining each portion of the process, he covers it step by step. Along with his staff, he makes sure every form is complete and before submitting, he will review the work that you must complete to make sure there are no problems which could hold up the mortgage. I could go on and on about Mr. Heisler. but to do so would be redundant. He was with me during each step of the process, including the closing with my attorney, just to make sure all. the i's were dotted ant the t's were crossed. As a result, i was able to close on my new home within two months and I owe it all to him.
