They also have a very good seasonal display, springtime brings you a wide variety of items for your garden and in the lead up to Christmas they sell a good selection of decorations and gifts. My most pleasant experience is when I bought a quality set of salt and pepper grinders - with lifetime warranty - for a tenner...! After enquiring if I needed help I advised what I was looking for. Seconds later they produced a few different sets matching what I'd described and were talking me through each one. I made my selection and the sale was complete. 3 years later and they're grinding corns and crystals as good as the day I bought them. Only bad point is they close for a half day on wednesdays. But that somehow adds to the charm.
