This place is a joke. I have just moved in to the area and need quite a few household bits. I have…read morebeen to this shop three times so far. The first time an old fella could barely find the time to stop his personal phone call to serve me. The second time I stood waiting for 5 minutes while the old lady who worked there finished her chat with her friend and tonight I went there and even though they SUPPOSEDLY don't close till 5.30pm they were shut when I got there at 4.45pm. Think I will give this place a wide birth from now on because they clearly don't care about customer service and you definitely can't trust them to be open then they are supposed to be.

On the ground level there is a great little furniture section at the end of the store and there can be some really good bargains to be had there. There is also an outdoor section. There is no cafe or anything but the car parking is huge as it is shared by some other companies. I have never experienced big queues at the tills amd the staff are always happy to help, they will take you to what you are looking for.
