I bought a couch from them back in 2006 and with pets and kids who are now grown up teens, it has been holding up amazingly well. One part broke just recently and I thought I had to buy a whole new couch and they had my information in their system with what I bought and told me they would replace the broken piece and it has been over the warranty. I am thinking of changing the cover just to change things up a bit but the original one is still looking very good. They have totally exceeded my expectations. I am glad I do not have to get a new couch but also I am not adding to the landfill. The couch has been very comfortable all these years. I would totally recommend this company. read more
