In most traditional real estate agencies, property management is overlooked and under resourced. Property managers in many cases, are inexperienced and expected to perform with little or no support. Commonly, principals of real estate agencies with a combination of sales and property management tend to ignore the needs of the property management department while they focus on making their next sale. Meet the Business Owner: MIchelle W.

After more than 16 years experience in property management, Michelle realised the strong need for a specialised property management business in Launceston. Her vision was to establish a real estate business with a sole focus on residential property management and customer service. Michelle has purchased, sold and rented property over the years and currently owns a number of investment properties personally. Michelle's experience and strong passion for property management provides a clear understanding of the needs of her clients, customers and her team. Combined, this has led to the development of a highly successful and award winning enterprise, based on trust and confidence.
