The company sent Ed Jones to my door last night (Saturday) at 6:30…read morewho knocked on and after no answer tested my door while my family and I were having dinner saying he was trying to come into take measurements (no notification that someone was coming or that he even worked for the company prior to his arrival and trying my door.) I called the police and he was made to leave. This isn't the first time the company has sent someone to my door without notifying me. I've rented from the owner of the property since 2019 and prior to Real Property Management Optimum taking over a couple months ago enjoyed my rental alway pay on time and follow all the rules. I get zero communication from them and they act as if they can send someone to enter my rental property without my permission or atleast being made aware. This company has done nothing in the months I've dealt with them to earn anything over a single star if they even earned that. If you end up with them as a management company I pray for you. I recommend keeping thorough track of any communications between parties because they can't seem to.
