Apria delivered more tanks to the house and took the cart back with them. The office has been closed or I would have gone to get one my self. I have been trying since Friday evening to get a cart brought back out to us and the request keeps getting canceled. We have called at least 5 times and my son called 2 times. My husband has an appointment tomorrow morning for another biopsy and now I have to try to carry 2 oxygen tanks and help my husband who is a cancer patient. I am 60 years old, and we are both disabled Veterans, carrying around oxygen tanks is not something I need to be doing. Thanks Apria, this may not seem like an emergency or important to you, but if you were in the same situation, you would think so. I'm sorry my husbands health issues did not happen at a more convient time, I will try to schedule better next time he is diagnosed with cancer. I will be getting a new oxygen supply company tomorrow, you people suck!

Just attempted to reach Apria after their representative sent me the wrong catheters (the first…read moretime she sent them to the wrong address without ever verifying my address). When I called to discuss this, they sent a second box out and those arrived only to discover they are the wrong catheter entirely. After going back and forth with Anita, who wanted a paper catalogue to find the catheter I needed, which she ultimately didn't find. I now have two boxes of product and need to return them. A representative from CareCentrix and I called Apria to get help with the return. We sat on hold for 10-12 minutes then they hung up on us. We tried to call back and the office was closed. This is not atypical behavior. I want the boxes picked up so the charge will be removed from my account as they are the incorrect order and I have no use for them, or Apria.

But Silver Angels has improved my life immensely since my health took a downturn. To be honest, they're like every other business in that sometimes things happen, employees experience life circumstances that cause them to miss work... but Silver Angels usually has someone on hand to step in, if necessary. I first had a caregiver who was awesome and who gave me hope that I could get back up on my feet, regain control of my life and my living environment, but he had some personal issues that meant he needed to take time off work. I've had a succession of caregivers/homemakers with varying degrees of success. I'd rather focus on those who gave stellar service. Jasmine is a cleaning and organizing whiz, and she's very personable and professional. Ashley is eager and happy to do whatever needs to be done. Candace is awesome, professional and caring. Boone was terrific, as well, and I hope he'll be back soon. There were some caregivers who weren't a good fit, but it's not a big deal to tell the Silver Angels office staff (shout out to Miss Kim!) what's working and what's not. I can confidently recommend Silver Angels if your loved one needs some additional in-home assistance. It's only due to some of the life circumstances I mentioned earlier that I only give them 4 stars out of 5. But once a consistency in caregivers is obtained and maintained, I'll be more than happy to revisit and re-review them.

Employment Process I…read moreapplied to Silver Angels as the branch scheduling coordinator. I was contacted by Macy to set up an interview and we both agreed to meet on a Thursday. That Thursday came around and I was contacted by Macy again, 30 minutes prior to my interview, that she had to reschedule me to the following Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came around and when I showed up to my interview, the office was locked as if there was nobody there. I knocked on the door, called the office twice and left a voicemail but didn't receive any reply. I'm quite disappointed in how this played out and just wish I was at least given a phone call regarding my interview if they were no longer interested or wanted to reschedule again. I'm sure this is a lovely company to be apart of but I did want to share my experience of applying with Silver Angels.
