He contacted me minutes later and came over very quickly to assess the damage to my ceiling. My air conditioner evaporator had iced up and water had traveled down the duct until it leaked out onto the ceiling at the entrance to my home. I'd had the air conditioner replaced and needed to repair the ceiling. He came over the very next day and repaired the ceiling where it had separated at a joint, primed the ceiling, and applied the needed joint compound. It needed to cure but he showed up as planned the next morning and finished the job. One cannot tell that there had been damage. He was timely and very skilled, and I appreciate his responsiveness to my needs! It is a job well done!

I stated correct, things do happen- but suggesting me to be a certain way is not her job nor is it professional. At the end of the day business is business. After an earful, I was cancelled- AND they did not follow through with the service call they missed or even try to make things right. Thanks Benton's! True colors. Stay away!
