Loftplan's experience really shined through, and they were able to make a complicated project feel like a relatively minor amount of work. They were polite and professional to our family and to our neighbours, which made a real difference to the whole experience. Loftplan were accommodating to our suggestions but also weren't afraid to make recommendations or suggest improvements to our initial plans. The space itself is light, with more space than I anticipated and modern, high quality fittings. All in all, they have a great team and are lovely bunch of people. They do key-cutting (not car keys) for a good price and are great for those things you always forget about needing to buy, like batteries, light bulbs and cleaning products. It's really great to support a historic, traditional family shop, and this has most things you could need, so give them a go before heading off to Boswells.
