I used them before when they were OHairs and still use them, highly recommend them, its not easy Im sure dealing with a lot of dogs, but they do so and do it well. Also the grooming they do is great, I dont know what they use but when I bring my fur babies home, its like their tails wagging is an air freshner for a week :) Great job guys, keep up the good work.

**If you care about the wellbeing on your pet, go anywhere literally anywhere else!** Terrible…read moretreatment of my dogs, they dramatically over fed one, and both came back with matted and full of debris that had to be cut out. My cavalier gained over 1lb in 8 days, which sounds small but it is a 10% gain; they either didn't use my food or didn't follow my instructions (which are also on the back of the can!). Spent hours brushing out all of the debris matted in their hair. We had to unfortunate cut several sections on my Yorker and 1/2 of his tail fur on my King Charles cavalier. TERRIBLE customer service. They called at 9:20 to tell me the dogs had to be picked up right away. They called my emergency contact threatening the same thing. The employees had plans and wanted to close early. I called my brother and he got into an accident on the way. So, my sister-in-law rushed there. I called "all breed" to let them know the situation. I was told they would not "wait any longer" (still during posted pickup hours) even after I told them the website states on the website that Sat pick-up is from 8-10AM. At 10:53 they told me they would only wait 2 more minutes. THEN, they had the audacity to charge more for the day AND a late fee because their clock was 4 minutes fast. ***So, if you care about what is feed to your dog, want them to come home healthy, and expect to be treated with a modicum of respect--avoid this place!!**

We've been taking our jack russell, Roxie, here for about 14 years (including the old location on…read moreCovert Ave) and have never had a problem. I don't know what happened with the other reviewer from 2011 about a dog with a razor burn, because that didn't sound at all like the people I know who work there or the business owner. They're very friendly people and talk calmly to my dog when they trim her nails since she's always shivering because of her original owners abuse on her. Roxie goes about once a month for her nails, teeth brushed, and a bath for around $20, no appointment needed generally. They take good care of her and sometimes give the dog's treats. Only once did someone accidentally clip her nail too short, but medically treated it and apologized profusely. They even groom their own dogs there. When we started going, there was a small grey and white dog and a pomeranian (the one in the pictures, Bear). They did amazing jobs and those dogs were loved very much and now their dog, Denver, gets just as much love and grooming quality as all other dogs that go through their doors. Again, I don't know what happened with the other reviewer, but it doesn't add up to my experiences.

No stars, if I could…read more My poor dog got a severe razor burn on his bottom from this place. When I called to ask about it, and then also brought him back in to show them, they refused responsibility. They said it might be "worms or a gross dog condition relating to the anus". He just went to the vet: he's a happy, healthy dog. Or was before the major discomfort caused by their piss-poor grooming work. Then they tried to explain the razor burn with "sometimes when the hair is matted, we have to cut very close." However, he didn't has any matting on his bottom! Even more disheartening, for a place that is supposed to "spoil" my dog while he is placed in their care, my dog was shivering, whimpering from fright while we were in there again. Meanwhile, they are denying that there were any problems whatsoever. What happened to business ethics? Is this refusal of responsibility because my dog can't talk? I worry for the other dogs who walk out "fine" and "spoiled" from this business. A few days later, a call from the owner. She told me to not return to her grooming service, because I "do not take good care of my dog". This conjectural assault is based on ... the morning he spent at the groomer's, during which her employee gave him a razor burn and lied to me about it (?). Then she continued to talk over me and hung up the phone. Professional, a very professional way to run to a business.

My daughter arrived just a few minutes past their grace period due to circumstances beyond her control. Rather than showing any understanding or even asking why she was late, they simply refused to see her pet. My daughter was so upset that she began to cry. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but a little kindness, grace, and compassion go a long way. Veterinary care should be rooted in compassion, not just for animals, but for the people who love them. Sadly, that was completely lacking in this experience. We will not be back.
