We had a non contentious Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) but it turns out that there is no such…read morething as an easy BLA as there are multiple approvals and sign offs that had to be secured over an 11 month interval. We engaged Mapca who quoted a fair price and had the pleasure of working with James Bedard as engineer and surveyor. James was professional, communicative, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Toward the end of the process we brought in attorneys who are key to getting the grant deeds, easements, etc. done and we are easily able to coordinate these parties as well. Finally James was excellent securing sign offs all over town and, at the end of the whole process, at the county recorders office. Highly recommend Mapca and James but would also recommend bringing the attorneys closer to the beginning.
