Monsignor ( the Pastor) gives homilies that keep your attention (no falling asleep here), interspersed with some good humor! The atmosphere is casual but smart. Children are welcome although parents should be attentive to keeping noisy and distracting children in the provided nursery or out in the in the cloister where there are speakers. The nice thing is everyone seems super respectful of each other. Respecting the fact that we've come to attend Mass rather than be distracted. We have kids of our own and expect them to behave in Church. We could actually pray and enjoy the great music and homily. We would come back.

The chili dogs are very much the same at both places, but I actually feel the one here maybe slightly better, with a richer flavor in the chili, and more freshness to the slaw and onions.The chili here is a heavy, meaty chili, prepared from the same recipe for decades now. The slaw is slightly sweet with a touch of carrot in it, the buns soft & slightly gooey. These babies go for $1.50 each. They start selling at 8:30AM, and go until mid-afternoon, and it can get pretty busy from 11AM on.. They only sell dogs, chips, sodas, and a variety of sweets made by the ladies of the church - they include fudge, pies, and cakes. There is adequate sheltered seating, and each long wooden table has its own bottle of Texas Pete - I put a little on once in a while, but these dogs don't really need any help. This is one of the very best Chili Dogs in the Greensboro area, and the folks who serve them up are nice friendly people - almost all senior citizens - maybe a little slower now, but the dogs move out at a good pace. These dogs are worth your attention.

I came back to see a concert and encountered friendly and welcoming staff. Except for one who made me feel like she was monitoring my moves after I asked if I can charge my phone somewhere. I also wish the head pastor would exert more effort with his congregation, especially if you ask for help.
