I attended this church hoping to find a welcoming and Christ-centered community, but unfortunately my experience was the opposite.
Over time, I observed what felt like favoritism and division among certain groups within the church. There seemed to be a noticeable difference in how some members of the English-speaking congregation interacted with Hispanic members, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. A church should be a place where all people are valued equally, regardless of language, background, or social circle.
Sadly, I also witnessed behavior from some individuals in leadership that did not reflect the love, humility, and respect that I believe church leaders should demonstrate. It often felt as though certain people or groups were treated as more important than others, and that favoritism did not go unnoticed.
No one in a church is better than anyone else. We are all imperfect people in need of grace. My hope is that the leadership takes time to reflect on how their actions and attitudes affect others and works toward creating a a more welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
This review is based on my personal experience, and I sincerely hope things improve for those who attend in the future. read more
