The staff, both corporate and on the gym floor, are very pleasant and helpful but most of all I would like to point out the quality of the class instructors: from the top (class coordinator & manager) to the instructors themselves, this handful of people is simply amazing, engaging and fun to work out with! Boost some of the world-wide known Les Mills classes as well as some equivalent programs (such as "Warrior" which took the place of "Bodycombat", etc.). On the down side, public communication is def. NOT their strongest suit. Try the Bodybalance classes, I strongly recommend those and this club has the best instructors! :)
