Lies to you about your case and doesn't do what he tells you what he's going to do. He doesn't communicate with you well and tells you things at the last minute instead of preparing before hand what he's going to do. He doesn't make you feel like your a client, makes you feel like all he cares about is the money. Not an aggressive lawyer who is actually representing you, lets the prosecutor and judge walk all over him and he just doesn't fight hard enough when people's lives are at stake.
