There is no customary tipping so servers don't see the need to hustle. Eventually we finally got our order taken. Burgers were average in taste and the fries were decent. There's a lot of excitement going on during the evening as the streets are lined up with clubs and bars in the area and O'Neil's is a central hub between them all. The inside bar area fits smaller groups of 2-5 really well and has a little room in the back for larger groups to sit inside, but for a large group, I would certainly recommend getting seats outside. The food is amazing, with a large selection of burgers and fries to go with, as well as appetizers that are perfect with a glass of Guinness. We ordered mostly appetizers as we were a large group, but each one was perfect in the moment and I think you'll find their tasty options are not limited to their appetizer menu. For being a very popular and busy venue, the service staff were pros, making sure everyone had their orders quickly and made room for all their different items on our tables quickly.
