On the day of move in the house was not ready and we walked away from it with 42 pictures taken of the property and asked for our deposit and first months rent back. We did not receive either and neither the realtor nor the landlord, Alesia Spearman will answer our calls, texts or emails We are now out $2500 and not sure how I am going to live on $60 for the next 10 days with nothing in the frig. Please do not pay a deposit or rent before moving in to any place and definitely stay away from this company!!

Kimberly Williams with McGrew real estate, she said I'll be glad to show it to you but the landlord requires a 600 credit score and yaddy yaddy yaddy.I said well that's not going to work for us and then I said can I tell you a little bit about us? she said yes so I told her my story and to my amazement she really cared she told me to write my story down and to email it to her and she would go to her client and see if she might make an exception and give our family a much-needed break. The next day she got back with me and told me the client did not want to rent with us I guess she's one of those that it's all about the money and not giving someone another chance I've never had an eviction and I've never owed anyone money on rent I just needed a little help. this is not where I wanted to be at 55.
