We needed to reschedule our 1st appointment as my wife was in the hospital and we did not expect her to be discharged in time for our appointment so we reached out and rescheduled for 2 pm on July 3rd. Come 1:45 on the 3rd we get a call that all of their technicians had already taken off for the July 4th holiday and could we reschedule again? 1st sign of unprofessionalism. Matt finally showed up on our 3rd scheduled time, Tuesday afternoon to go over the details. My wife discussed what she would like to have done and Matt seemed to agree and understand what she wanted so we thought things were on track however, Matt did not show us any selection of doors or samples of the glass they would install (kinda strange to us) nor did he leave a card when he left. Made me feel like we were wasting his time. He stayed maybe 15 minutes and said he will get us a quote the very next day. 2nd sign of unprofessionalism. It's been a week now and still nothing. My wife has called several times, and each time they say "He will be in the office later and we will have him send it to you". SURPRISE! We are still waiting! Very unprofessional!
