Coordinating the move from a wall to wall, floor to ceiling, end to end tightly packed and secured PODS unit in Grandville, MI to Traverse City was not simple nor easy. The transfer from POD to trailer took five of us 2 hours. There were several pieces of nice furniture and many tubs and boxes of fragile items. Not a single item was scratched, scuffed, or damaged in any way. Transfer into our residence went more quickly and in 1.5 hours they were done. I couldn't have been more pleased. One of the two kids (they had to be 18yo max) was sick so he basically moved one tiny thing at a time while leaving his older brother to do all the work. In addition they wedged fragile WELL MARKED BOXES in the middle of giant stacks of items. I dread opening these items. It was also not explained to me that I would be paying travel time etc and they do not take CCs so I literally did not have enough money to pay them (as I anticipated 2 hours MAX!!!). When I explained my frustration to the boss (Mark) he told me "you can't win 'em all". I had to pay one of the kids girlfriends via Venmo to complete the transaction. I was supposed to use them again at the end of the month when I move into my new home, but that's a HARD PASS.

We were worried about not having enough room in the mover so Josh came before our move to plan out what size trucks to get to make sure that everything would fit. They worked really hard to Tetris everything in the moving truck and even helped us get the utility trailer on the back of the 26 mover. Josh even texted before we had the movers come to unload our truck on the other end to remind me things to warn the other movers about so our stuff didn't get damaged.
