When you make a mistake that costs the client money, the easiest thing to say is I am sorry. Instead of ignoring the mistake. I was told by an employee that they were open today. So I was excited about getting my tanks filled. I Drove 30 minutes to get a refill and they were closed.! Here's the catch, I called a place that seemed closed from the exterior, and they answered the phone and said it was closed with no apologies for the misinformation from their own employee. Best place to get your propane tanks refilled. Prices seem to be pretty good, obviously the place smells like propane. Staff is always friendly. Whoever the last time I went, someone came after me, and they helped her before me. I didn't really appreciate that, but it didn't ruin anything. read more

I called hogan gas and due to overflow of calls I was asked to email them (existing customers only)I then emailed asked if our tank could be filled. Good for a propane refill, but don't purchase any hoses or any equipment from them if you might not be able to keep it! My husband purchased a $43 hose and decided not to use it. Only had it 3 weeks, still in sealed package and we had the receipt. Took it back and was told they don't do returns. Nowhere does it say every sale is final!! CUSTOMER SERVICE.......NOT SO MUCH!! Would love to have been able to give it a zero review rating, but that is not possible. Had this company at my house last Thursday and was told that on Tuesday, Sept 5th, they would be here to add propane to my underground tank. Well, needless to say, they never showed up. No phone call, email...nothing! To make matters worse, when I tried to call them, they only had their voice mail inform me that "due to the overwhelming amount of calls, they are only accepting emails from their current customers". P.S. They don't answer their emails either! So an agreed upon scheduled appointment means absolutely nothing to them. How they have been in business this long is amazing to say the least. I'm sure that I'm not the only customer, they have shafted like this. read more
