Okay Landover! This community center is right near where my friend just moved to a few years ago…read more After a day of working at his place, he wanted to work out, and invited me to join him at his local gym in this community center. I had no idea what to expect as I had never been! We were able to walk from his spot -- a good 10-15 minute walk I'd say. It also happened to be Early Voting day, so we saw plenty of signs on our way in. Once inside, I saw a sign for all these classes they have, including swimming, tennis, archery, dance... it's quite the variety! I love that they feature artwork from local youth, and the kids seem to be using it well. The parking here is super easy, and not crowded. It's nestled in a neighborhood of apartments, so there are always kids playing here. I love the vibe. I'll be back for more classes, for sure.
