Historical racetrack that has been well maintained for it's low populated location. It has an exceptional updated race-track design and puts on exceptional races too. This track should have never left the Formula 1 calendar and I hope that it returns soon after putting on the best race of the season. read more

If you like old bikes the museum is a great place to visit. There is some great history about Hockenheimring but it's all in German. The tour is at 11 am in German. They have an English audio overview that was average. My suggestion: pay the €10 track pass and walk it yourself. Use the tunnel past the museum track side under the grandstands and under the main straight away. Then walk the pits. It's all open. Just be cautious on track days as cars come in and out with some speed. read more

Been here a few times now, not for F1 but for other events and sometimes as part of a continental coach tour..Seeing it in the flesh sure puts it into perspective when we see it on TV.. Tour of complex worth seeing. read more
