I called the number given to me by the tenant and left a message and she returned my call within the hour. She knowledgeable and friendly. I went to the office on Fountainview and from the moment I entered the security guard was friendly. I told the clerk in the booth that I was a first time participant with the program and she explained the process with patience and answered all my question smiling periodically. The inspection was preformed within a few days and another friendly employee contacted me with some things for me to do. Overall I received service. EW

Good overall experience. We had to make a last-minute visit to this Consulate due to an unexpected…read moreissue with our tourist e-visa application (we applied too late as we didn't realize visas were required again as of April 2025). We arrived right when they opened at 9 AM and there were already a handful of people waiting. Fortunately, a kind staff member sat us down, listened to our situation, and understood that we needed our visas approved for a flight later that same day. She asked us to email her our reference numbers so she could forward our case internally.. apparently they normally only see people with appointments, and usually after 10 AM. Thanks to her help, we received an expedited review, and got everything approved in a few hours. We felt very fortunate to receive good service and efficient processing during a stressful situation to say the least... Would definitely recommend arriving early and being prepared. We were lucky.
