He did specifically recommend this place and that this was good. Since I live closer to Edison, I had no issues going here twice in a week for the next 6 weeks. Right from the start of getting my appointments scheduled to getting my physiotherapy sessions done, it has been a complete breeze. They do a clinical job in getting your details thoroughly, listening to what the needs are and getting you treated. They have a great team of employees - Marie and Sonia at the front desk and Dean, Mohammad and Terry helping whenever the star physiotherapist Lauren(the Director) is not around. Lauren gets you fixed, Period! The location is well-maintained and regularly sanitized in between sessions. Mask-wearing is mandated and religiously followed. Parking is right out of the door which is very good for people with leg injuries, coming here. Highly recommend this place!

On Tuesday, they called to say he actually tested positive for strep and needed to stay home Wednesday. By Thursday, he was still feverish and coughing, so I called to request a school excuse note. The receptionist refused, saying he was only eligible for one day. When I asked to speak with Dr. Ruby, I was told she wasn't there and they "couldn't tell me" when she would be available. I was placed on hold and had to repeat the entire story to another staff member, only to feel questioned over a simple school note request. It took 15 minutes for something that should have been a quick phone call. As someone who works in a medical office, I cannot imagine treating patients this way. If you want to avoid unnecessary aggravation, I would reconsider going here.

Not sure how crowded it gets, as I was there around 9 - 10 AM and it was very quiet. There was only one guy before me and when I left, no one else was waiting. By appointment only I believe. Responsive with their phone calls and flexible scheduling. Had a small seating area with magazines. The space was bright and clean -- minus the table of magazines. I filled out some basic paperwork before getting called in. From there, I spoke with Mike, discussed my problem areas and pain. Treatment room was also small, but clean. Had one of those beds or massage tables to lie down on. He was patient, listened without interrupting, and encouraged me to be as detailed as possible. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him as he examined my posture and body. He took the time to explain things to me, how the body worked, some reasons for my own personal pain, and did a general scope of what he would recommend for me in the future, such as some exercises for balance, some PT, and if things progressed or got worse, he could send me for a scan. I liked his approach, always trying to get to the root of the problem, and not once did he throw out a prescription for medication. I could tell it was more important to work on the body, strengthen it, to get rid of the pain entirely, not mask it. He also listened as I asked questions, what workouts were good, what to avoid, etc. I have not had the time to go back as of yet, as I have been in the middle of a move, but he's someone I would feel confident seeing again on a consistent basis.

She has treated me 4 times with physical therapy, laser therapy, and stim with ice. This has helped promote healing, reduce pain and swelling. Dr. Head taught me exercises to strengthen weak areas in my ankles. I highly recommend her as one of the top physical therapists in Central Jersey.
