Finally they switched off their phones by 9 p.m . We had been waiting at our place in this June heat of 85 Fahrenheit with two small kids. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone in this world.

Highly recommend Jeff, friendly, spent hours waiting to see how the air was going. Stayed in contact via text checking up on the status. Would call Jeff again. Saved me tons of money with his persistence chasing the problem. He didn't charge me everytime he came out. Thank you Jeff; you ROCK!!!!

Woke up cold this morning no heat called E & H before noon and they got here thru heavy sleet and…read moresnow from previous night -Had to lay in the snow since it was a gas/pac outside. They had me heat in less than 15 minuets- They got the old motor running enough to keep me warm until they could get me a replacement / They called me the next morning and said they could bring the new part-I said come on, they were here about 9 am and had it running like new. Real nice guys treated me like family. Would highly recommend-would use them again- gave a 5 rating.
