I have been bringing truck to the Bedford Ford Lincoln dealership for the last couple years and appreciate their fast, efficient, and family-oriented business. Recently I had a milestone check up on my 2018 F150 truck and needed to verify information on the extended warranty. After a couple email exchanges with Rick Kirby from the Service department he picked up the phone and we had a great conversation. He explained the coverage, what I could expect from them, and setup a time convenient for me. I appreciated the call, clarification, and support. Even though I live in Bloomington, Bedford Ford Lincoln has earned my respect and loyalty for my current and future vehicles. read more

DON'T SELL THEM YOUR CAR!! If you're buying a car here the prices are pretty typical across the board and they don't have insane fees like some dealerships. But if you plan on selling or trading in I wouldn't. They offered me a price on my vehicle that they would have bought it at auction for. A couple months later they post my vehicle for 6k more than what they bought from me for. Really do your research and don't think they are your friend. Dealerships don't care about you they care about your money. read more

Stay away at all costs. Multiple instances of them buying totaled cars/cars with major issues and fixing them up direct as to have nothing show up on the carfax/history. I personally bought a 2024 Malibu with a clean car fax that I later discovered had been totaled and shoddily repaired at Hobsons request. Multiple employees/past employees have admitted to these practices and have been admitted to the pressure management puts on them to sell the cars at all cost. I had to threaten them with reporting them to the Secretary of State before they would budge. Eventually they let me trade it in for a different vehicle worth less that I still paid an additional $1,500 like the sucker I am. Don't trust a word they say. The most dishonest and predatory bussiness you could ever imagine read more

Justin Sokeland set me up with a vehicle I love. really happy with my purchase. I would recommend to my friends

I would rate a zero if it would let me. Beware of service center. Vehicle under warranty with driveline issues. Rep said yes this is an issue and sold me a bunch of services that did not fix the issue - finally told me they can't see the problem even after the rep rode with me and recorded the issue on his phone and agreed. After calling Ford corporate, HQ told me to find another dealer as they had issues with this one. Don't waste your money! read more

This place has gone down hill sense, Hobson has took it over. I take multiple work trucks and personal vehicle for service here. I order a Mach 1 in July of 2021 car didn't come in tell April of 2022. Car was not what I ordered. Someone put the order in wrong. So I had to re-order the car. Next car came in September Of 2022. But now the MSP had raised for my original MSP. When I picked up the car Hobson said I qualified for price protection told me I receive the difference of a check with in 90 days it's been almost a year now still haven't received anything. I've called multiple times and they are no help. They tell me they sent it in the Ford and are waiting to hear back, but it's been a year. This place is a joke anymore. read more

second time we've tried their service. beware!!! if you don't know what your talking about they will rip you off!!!

Dropped car off for oil change and maintenance and when I picked it up nothing had been done to the car although claimed it had. Frustrating with that alone, they also left me with paint damage around my window!! Has taken months for the manager to come to a resolution on the problems and let me know it would cost me over 500.00 for damages THEY did. Also, I was informed I had no more oil changes left that they had expired. Ya think they would have offered to actually DO the oil change! This isn't the 1st time having problems with their service department. Lastly, I had a tire light coming on in which they told me they found nothing...took it to Big O and found a nail in the tire. So obviously Ford never searched for the tire leak either. Very VERY upset with them. read more

Worst buying experience ever! My family has been Ford "loyal" for over four generations and are current owners of seven Ford vehicles. We have shopped at numerous dealers around our area, but this is the first time (and last) we visited Hobson Ford. We were hesitant to drive the hour and a half from our home, but had found a vehicle we wanted to check out. We were greeted by a young man who had very little knowledge about vehicles. Upon agreeing to purchase, he promised to order an owners manual that was missing, a full vehicle detail, help with programming lock features, a full tank of gas, among other things. We ended up with several pages of information off a printer, worst detailing job ever (photos included) and barely a half tank of gas! If we wanted help with the other things, we would have to go talk to the service dept. With our frustration mounting we talked to the "General Sales Manager" who offered no help at all. He basically said that's the way they do things. Well, I can promise you that's NOT the way other dealers conduct business. So sad. I purchased a similar vehicle just a week before and received everything your place said couldn't be done. Again, we will never go back, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else. There are many other dealerships around that care about their customers. read more

Never ever ever buy a car from this place. Right after joining the military my son bought a car from this place and the motor jumped time in less than a month. It ruined the motor. They sold him a shitty insurance that wanted him to pay to tear the motor to verify it wasn't his fault before they would cover anything RIP OFF!!! read more

This dealership does not run VIN numbers and deal in shady practices. They are not honest. When anyone pulls your credit it shows all your creditors you owe. They pull a scam and say they don't pull VINs so they do not include payoffs of a lien. Then get you to sign over title. This is not a good practice. Means they will take any vehicle if stolen, owed for child support, has a lien from bank or mechanic. They just don't check. They offer an amount for vehicle without knowing anything about that vehicle. I would never buy anything from them. If you do Read all paperwork if you do not understand do not sign get someone in there with you who will understand their paperwork. read more

Scott Bell here Beware of Jeff Hobson Ford and Dealerships. They are here to take as much money out of lawrence county as he can... I have sold Cars for a several yrs and been in the industry most of my life. iIlasted 1 wk and 2days, I did two Car deals thst i brought to the dealership, on my 2nd deal my 29 yr old twilight GM proceeded to belittle me in front of Customer so i called him out on it... wrong move ...my poor customer paid the price of about $8k held on trade... yes i called and apologized to Tim for my Gm and the Fing he took. He was in a desperate situation and my Gm jumped at the chance to belittle and take advantage of Tims situation in the tune of 8k on his trade..I walked in on monday got called out in meeting for being soft or what ever and i cant spend Jeff Hobsons $$$ ... no i just dont treat people that way ever and especially to make money... every sale should be relationship sale for the repeat and referrals... I walked out of meeting thought about what happed.. . a few mins later turned my truck around went in packed all my stuff up and left...Dont buy from dirty Dealerships or from sleazy Auto consultants. I really love coming here. There are lots of very friendly people here to help you with whatever your needs are. The fast lane is amazing you pull up and the doors open automatically. I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. Getting my oil changed was simple and easy. Buying a car here is easy as well. They have lots of vehicles to choose from. Trucks to cars they have it all. Friendly salesman too. read more

Hobson Ford - Auto Repair Near Me - Bedford, Indiana

Fast and efficient repair of a recall. Pleasant staff. Even washed it before returning the keys.

I can't sit idle and and watch the NFL players disgrace our flag, our anthem, our country by kneeling during the national anthem. They have done nothing to preserve the freedoms we enjoy in this country, and never will. Instead they have taken action in an attemp to divide our country. The NFL players do not understand the consequences of thier actions. But corporations will. It gives me great pleasure to see the stocks of companies that support the NFL players through sponsor ships and advsertising fall in value. To do what I can to make a difference I will boycot; Comcast, Walt Disney/ESPN, CBS, Visa, Ford Motor Co., Nike Inc Anheuser-Busch, InBev, Microsoft Corp., McDonalds Corp., PepsiCo Inc. Under Armer and Bridgestone Corp. I will not be happy until the NFL fails along with the companies that support them. read more

They really take their time with you and I have to commend the staff for not being pushy. I had no idea what I wanted other than knowing I wanted a Car and the staff was able to show me and let me test drive multiple cars before taking care of the hard stuff(the paperwork). I felt in control of the process the entire time and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of just because I wanted something they had. One of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle read more
