The next day, same thing. Today my husband hurt himself and is probably down for the count the rest of our time here. I went back in to rent two more movies for him and she told me I had a late fee of $4.00. Huh? I did what she told me. She was so rude I couldn't believe it. I told her she had the movies mixed up (we were sure to watch the one she told us to return) she said "that's the nature of the business". She was so rude and condescending I left the store..but I'm still fuming mad. She lost out on mulitiple rentals from us this week because she was too stubborn to realize that SHE could have made a mistake. Had to vent - sorry!
