Picked floor model mattress and box spring. Was given a diffrent matress and box spring. Matress smelt like wet rags. Deliver guy knew ANDREW did wrong but never said anything. Also picked out bed frame ANDREW said he had a truck coming in next week with it. Its been over a month and im paying for a product I dont have. I asked ANDREW to speak with a manager and got the run around... Later to find out he is the manager.... Upper management keeps giving excuses say oh i work two jobs etc... Never made it right. Had to get the floor model because ANDREW lied about having it in stock....mine you Covid... In the beginning I asked just to return bed frame and ill pay for matress because customer service is horrible and they dont deserve my money with all these lies. Andrew again lied said finance company was going to charge me restock fee of $300 + I said fine. Called finace place and they said that was a lie and it was up to them to issue refund they just needed to call. Called ANDREW he said ill work on it later to call me and say I cant do it... never happened. ANDREW kept ranting about binary contract which has nothing to do with this contract. Binary is another business type of agreement. They also aksed for my checking account for the application which is fine but then never mentioned it was going to be ACH auto withdraw.These guys are SNAKES. This place is trash and needs to be closed.

When I first walked in I just saw the store side of this but as you walk into the back you'll find…read morethe restaurant. The restaurant has an older friendly vibe. There's lots of booths with four people able to sit at each. The prices were extremely affordable, it shocked me how low they were. Then the food was absolutely amazing. All 7 of us really enjoyed our meal. I got the cheeseburger with guacamole and bacon on the burger and it's amazing. I would 100% recommend it. If I'm ever in the area I'm coming back to eat here.

This has got to be the worse Lowe's I have ever been to. The manager is lazy, my orders are never…read moreready, I wait every time 30 mins or more for pickup even though I get message that my order is ready and with a call I'm on my way please have it ready. The other day I spoke with her over the phone, she went to check and said it's ready, nope it wasn't and it took just over a hour to get it rounded up and loaded. Then on another occasion I was trying to complain over the service and they were talking in Spanish but didn't realize I speak and understood exactly what they were saying. Calling me names and derogatory remarks about me. Then the next order for pick up wasn't ready and I walked into store (mind you I was given notice again that my lumber and fencing was ready) and I had to walk the store with a fellow who couldn't find all items on my order, 1 hr wasted. Once all items were gathered the gentleman who brought it to the truck (large gentleman) couldn't get into my truck, it has a step built in, but couldn't load wood, wire or cement. I'm 108 lbs woman 62 yrs old and had to load it my self with him standing there watching. And if your asking yourself why I didn't get another worker to help, I did and I was told that no one is available to assist as I'm standing there looking at several able body employees that finished loading a contractor up in his truck but yet when she said that to me they all walked away. Then this young man said I'm sorry but we do what we are told to do. Know that I'm perfectly capable of loading my orders but tell me why? I purchase often , I mean All the Time! No one should have to load their orders when we are the customer. Lowe's management staff sucks wet socks, the worst customer service, truly doesn't care about improving service.
