After the initial purchase of our house 8 years ago, there was no question as to who we would turn to to manage the sale of the property. Eight years ago, the market was CRAZY with houses lasting only hours and going for outrageous amounts over asking. My husband and I came from So California (thus understanding the market) with the goal of finding a house that weekend. We actually DID find a house that checked all of the boxes. I said- Trish, make this happen. With a carefully crafted offer (not outrageous over asking) she landed the deal. Trish remained in contact over the 8 years with referrals for painters, flooring, and contractors. Now selling in a flat market, again, Trish to the rescue with strategies that landed us EIGHT offers within the first few days. She prepared spreadsheets and walked us through everything. I will not only miss Trish as an agent but feel I moved out of state from a friend. She is attentive, responsive and most importantly very transparent with all aspects of the options with the purchasing as well as sale of a property. We felt supported at all times. They were not the first team we spoke to, but it was an EASY decision to have them be the last team - and the team we hired. Nia loves doing what she does, it shows in her dedication to our home needs, her patience, soft tone, listening and the way she communicates to us. Communication that we can understand, not some housing / real estate language that doesn't make sense or methods that make you feel pressured. Who still calls or text their customer / patient / client / etc after a sale is done or the day is over? long after an appointment or visit? Who still remembers their customer / patient / client birthday and wishes them well with a card out of the blue? who still seeks to stops by their customers / patients / clients / home to catch up or say hi? We don't see this kind of relationship between two parties often in this world we live in, once a job is done everyone goes their way. Its not the same with Nia, she becomes a friend, not just a real estate agent. Because of that we also ask Nia to represent us when it came time to sell our home as well. The very home she helped our family obtain (pierce county) This time we also met Amy who we also have nothing but good words to say about as well. During our initial walk through before prepping our home, Nia was so good at saving us money by pointing out the things that we didn't really have to do, that wont really affect the sale, in our minds there were tons of things we wanted to do to make the home "sale worthy" but she assured us there are some things that aren't going to break a deal and focus on the smaller cost saving items. From then on to listing, staging, receiving our offering and closing Nia and Amy made our lives so easy. With their work we were able to list our home at a price we didn't expect. All the the things the both of them do behind the scenes absolutely cannot be dismissed. They analyzed all the offers we obtained and put everything into an easy to understand spreadsheet, laying out all the pros and cons of each offer. Not only that but they also walked us thru each offer explaining everything in detail. Again i want to note that Nia and Amy communicated in the most understandable way possible, making our entire sale process so easy. We were able to close our home earning more, way more than what we expected, even with the appraisal coming back short, Nia and Amy were able to work their magic and get us the highest net possible. Through out the entire process the communication table was always open whether we need to send a message to the buyers or just some questions for Nia and Amy, we always felt like we could ask whatever, whenever and they were quick to get back to us. This is our home journey with Nia and Amy, from home buying to home selling. It is a journey well traveled and easily traveled, if we were to travel it again, we would look no where else other than giving Nia a call if were in the area. We, without hesitation would recommend Nia and her team to anyone who are looking or thinking of buying or selling their home.

Because I've watched how he operates for a long time and it's a different kind of energy than what you usually run into. He asks more questions than he talks. That sounds small but in this industry it's rare. He actually wanted to understand what we were trying to build, not just push a transaction across the finish line.     Bill Crumbaker - is great at his work; he represents sellers of real estate. He has a plan to sell…read morereal estate that works; follow the plan and have the best transaction that is possible. Bill's plan is straightforward: have your property inspected then "fix" everything that the inspection notes as a problem. Complete the fixes before listing the property. Our buyers did not require additional inspection. Bill's sales process is transparent; he tells buyers and their agents exactly what they must do to have their offers accepted. Then when offers are received, he tells all of them what the best offer is and gives all a chance to match or beat it. The combination of preparation, sale process transparency, and negotiation sold our home within 26 hours of listing and a price multiple points above asking and above the appraised value. He was responsive to our needs throughout preparation and selling. We highly recommend him. Bill's plan works, he works for sellers; hire Bill to sell your real estate.

We are under an Intent To Lease agreement (signed and everything); we have worked with the leasing party for SEVEN months while the ex-tenant moved and the space was supposed to be prepared for our nonprofit to move in. TWO WEEKS before opening John L Scott informs us they will NOT be leasing to us for no fault of our own, they just changed their damn minds. Again we have a signed agreement, we've been planning to lease this property since October, but John L. Scott thinks it's appropriate to back out a couple weeks before opening. DO NOT trust these people, take your business elsewhere .
