HIGH Fitness with Heather took me back to cheerleading days where you get such an incredible cardio work out in without even realizing it because you're so lost in the music! This is such a great class, and I strongly recommend it! Erika Harr's Booty Bootcamp class is such an AMAZZINNG class that my little toosh needs haha. They took it very well and they didn't take it wrong. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The only downside about this gym is, some of the route are soft compare to some gyms Ive been too but, it's not something bad .
