Sales staff were friendly and helpful. But when our slide out stopped working 3 months after we…read morebought our trailer, getting it fixed by Can Am's service center was an exercise in futility. We explained that we needed our trailer 3 weeks hence, as we were headed to Nova Scotia for a 2 week trip. They said it shouldn't be a problem. After two weeks of hearing nothing, we called. No one would return our calls. Finally got someone on the phone after multiple tries. When I asked if the problem had been fixed the person on the other end of the phone said: "Uhhhhh, yeah. Haven't gotten to it yet." When I asked if if it would be looked at (a week to go now) he said: "Uhhhhh we'll try." Flash forward to 3 days before departure. Still no answers to our repeated messages. When we did get through, The same guy said: "Uhhhh, yeah we didn't have time." My wife went out to pick up the trailer the next day. They didn't even have it ready to go. She had to wait until someone towed it out front, and just dropped it there and left. No one spoke to her about the issues we were having, offers to try and fix it with a day to go, nothing. We ended up calling another RV retailer that we had bought our last trailer from (regretfully they didn't have the model we wanted when we went to upgrade our old RV and we had to purchase from Can Am, unfortunately) and asked if they could get it into their shop last minute to see if they could help. They told us to bring it over (which we did) and they were able to address and fix the problem in less than an hour. The slide out motors were out of sync apparently, and they were able to get that fixed without parts, etc. They didn't even charge us. Can am are all smiles and helpfulness until they get your money. Then they just don't care. When you are spending 55K on a new trailer, the service should at least be adequate. Do yourself a favour. Give this company a pass. Worst service I've ever had.

For initial trailer sales and setting up hitch work, I give 5 stars. However, their after sales…read moreservice is poor. On our first trip with our brand new trailer, the fridge door panel fell out, and jammed the fridge door. We got it repaired and two trips later the "repaired" fridge door did the exact same thing. We took it back and requested the door be fixed properly and few other issues that developed over the short time we have had the trailer. We told them the date we would next need the trailer and were assured the repairs would be made. One month later I called to arrange pickup four days later and upon arrival not only did they have no record of me calling for pickup, the repairs had not even been started. As a result I had to wait for some ad hoc repairs to be made, taking time away from other tasks I needed to do that day. There seems to be a complete lack of coordination, follow up on repairs and customer service issues, and consideration of the customers time. We have been long time customers but service seems to be going downhill. For all the money we spent on the trailer itself and additional warranties, we are not impressed!!

Only one word to describe this place.... "Weird". Not only…read moredid he try to write a contract on a cocktail napkin he also told me as long as I returned the RV with a full tank he wouldn't charge us As much as I liked that deal once the RV didn't turn over I knew we had to terminate the rental. And with all of that the worst part was the gas leaking smell in the yard. My buddies as well as myself left the "junkyard" with headaches . I consider ourselves lucky .

I am writing as the owner of Yantz RV. Yantz RV is not affiliated with Campers World. It relies on…read moreCampers World for storage and repairs only. Their service is top notch and completed within the timelines as agreed. In response to Gregory G's review, we agreed to a rental at the regular rates. An offer was made to return the RV with a full tank of fuel in lieu of the full rental rate, which would have resulted in a significantly lower cost. It was a a small token to show my appreciation for them taking additional time for fueling. Often I offer my customers price adjustments in similar situations. In terms of the RV not turning over, it was an unfortunate situation where it was the first rental of the season and a weak battery although I had a solar charger hooked to battery for several days prior where the weather was mostly rainy and overcast. Finally, in regards to the smell of gas, there are several repair facilities right next door. Any gas smells can be attributed to those garages and can not be controlled by either Yantz RV or Campers World. Yantz RV's priorities are to provide its customers with top quality, reliable and safe RVs.

Since writing our intial review, about our positive experience buying, we have had multiple issues that have been not resolved/poorly resolved by Outdoor Travel. These are the most recent..... -Within a year, our flush "leaked" and flooded our trailer. This was the second time we used the flush to clean the black tank. They "fixed" it, only to find that it was still leaking when we tried to use it again. We just decided we weren't going to deal with it and have not used it since. No cost for them to "repair" it, but we recieved a $200 bill almost 7 months later, when they told us this was actually not covered. -seals on our slide out - again within a year, these starting falling off. We took it in (the same time as above) and they "fixed" it by putting staples in the seal. We were not happy with this fix, but I called Aspen and they said this was their recommendation. Again no cost at pick-up, but again we recieved a bill 7 months later, another $200 for staples. - back window was very hard to open - again within the year. We took it in (the same time as above) and they "fixed" it by bending it? It still sticks......Again no cost at pick-up, but again we recieved a bill 7 months later, another $100. So total for this bill, when we were told no cost at pick-up in May (we received 7 months later...even though we have been there a couple times since and they did not mention) was $600 and they put some staples in, pushed the window in, and fixed one fitting on the flush and now it leaks somewhere else...... Again, these are only some of the issues we have had......I would think twice about buying from Outdoor Travel.
