HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! I called to make a appointment @12:30 when I get there they tell me she can't receive me because she's busy. When I had already spoken with her to do my taxes. I asked if I can talk to her they said no. She could've at least I'm sorry for the inconvenience but no she didn't. She didn't even want to show her face. Came to do my taxes, I live nearby so I drove to this location, I would recommend this place to others if you need to get your taxes done, they have English/Spanish speaking staff. They offer tax and immigration services. There is plenty of parking since it is a huge plaza with local mom and pop markets, a restaurant in the Plaza as well and a 99 cents store nearby. I was done in less than a hour, staff is friendly and got me in and out on a early Friday afternoon. read more
