I talked with Martin and he seemed to be distracted, but said that he would send information for me to look at and then call with questions. After a month, I hadn't received any info I gave up. By then I had deleted their phone no. I then see that Binning Ins is flooding the TV with ads again. I would certainly give it some thought before I would call this company.

This agency will actually take the time to tell you the ins and outs of your policy, treat you fairly and professionally, and you won't feel like the whole thing has just gone over your head. Would definitely recommend!

Ms. Bare seldom answered my calls in a timely manner, did not provide me with information desperately needed for my divorce until she was told the judge would subpoena her to testify, and did not file form 8958 which was required in my situation. My advice is to go to an actual CPA or even H&R Block for better service.

The reason he did not get 5 stars from me is he does not have voice mail or an email address to contact him. I think during this day/age it is vitally important for people to have access to a small business anyway possible. If you call his phone number it will ring and ring and ring. Really, you don't know if you are even calling the right number. There is no opportunity to leave a message or anything. To me, it is really quite annoying as I need to take time again to call back. Hopefully, he answers the 2nd time as I would need to call again. If you have questions or comments, you would have to call again.... I've asked for an email address and why he doesn't have voice mail. He said something like he wasn't good with technology. I actually am considering finding someone else who has at least voice mail or text messaging. Otherwise, great guy, great tax service done correctly & quickly.
