He has excellent communication skills, and will work with you to provide a positive scenario, or at worst case, a tolerant scenario, depending on all your details and past history. A couple of tips on how best to collaborate with Eric . 1) Eric does not judge, tell him the truth about your case, don't forget any details, even if they were negative to you. He will work with you and is a down-to-earth guy. 2) make sure to email him with all the proper details, if he needs any particular facts, work hard to quickly to provide his office with what he needs to negotiate your case properly. Do not lie, BS, or forget circumstances. He is an extremely busy attorney, and I could see that when I was in court several times with him , so don't freak out if he doesn't get back to you immediately, give him some time he will. 3) Pay him as soon as he bills you. His fees are definitely in the reasonable range. And it's quite possible, you could need him again in the future.

He was GENUINE, SINCERE, and CONFIDENT from the moment I explained my case to him, to when I had my literal day in court(one court date!), he reassured me that I had nothing to be worried about after explaining my civil and criminal history(let's just say it's far from squeaky clean!), he explained the situation from a legal standpoint, and let me ask any questions I may have had. He took an unbelievable amount of weight off of my shoulders, and I'm not kidding when I say, I would have paid him just for that alone at that point, but he still treated me like more than a check. I was literally losing sleep before contacting him, and the other lawyers I had spoken to did not give me anywhere near the confidence that he did! Seeing his professional appearance and outward confidence at the courthouse for the first time only bolstered confidence in my decision of legal representation. Not to mention the fact that he worked diligently to get a deal that he knew I would be happy with, and I cannot explain how relieved I was. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and my situation due to the CoVid-19 pandemic and for that I am extremely thankful. There is no question who I will be calling in the future, god forbid I need to, and I would definitely recommend Daniel to my own friends and family.

The attorney laughed mockingly and said, "What makes it official?" These people lack understanding. This is not the first law firm I've spoken to and every other law firm was kind and understanding and explained the whole process to me. A bunch of clowns. The only time he really went over my case with me was 10 minutes before court. He did not file court documents in a timely manner, he's VERY disrespectful and even hung up in my face during a phone call once when I addressed my concerns with him. When I asked the simplest questions, he would make me feel uncomfortable/unwelcomed. My charges were eventually dropped after he was off my case, so you'd be better off representing yourself. He put little to no effort into helping me but had no problem taking my money. A JOKE
