He looked around, as if the sign was missing, and told me that is how it is done since Covid 19. I don't have a problem with the policy, but since I'm not a "regular" at this Salvation Army, how was I (or anyone else) suppose yo know that. Poster board makes GREAT signs very cheaply! If you want people to follow a certain procedure bc of Covid or any reason... MAKE A SIGN or expect people not to follow it. I won't be back because the employee was insulting and there are plenty other places to donate to in the area.

They have 3 sized bags, that you pick from and you put the items in your bag and that's the price you pay. I did the smallest size which was $9, I purchased several sticker pages, scrapbook papers, and crayons.
