He took a large space and made it every square inch functional for our family. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and I am so happy in this space! In addition to our kitchen, we were working with Scott to do an addition of our upstairs to include a master bath suite and closet as well as adding a fourth bedroom. Scott was very much involved with every aspect of the "leg work". He attended countless meetings with our General Contractor, recommended a fantastic structural engineer, and worked closely with the surveyor. After hearing our initial concerns, Scott advised us against doing this addition as he felt that it would not be a good return on our investment. I was so very impressed by his honesty! He knew this would be a decision we would regret and he was right! Scott has wonderful ideas and insight and listens to his clients to provide the best possible solution that will fit your needs! He is prompt and responsive in his communications and delivers drafts to you on their deadline (if not before!). I called a week in advance to see how much it would be to clean my condo, she seemed like she knew…read morewhat she was doing so I went ahead and booked a day with her. I called her the day before and luckily I did because she almost forgot that I had scheduled an appointment for deep cleaning. I found her online and figured it was convenient, and she told me she loved what she does and that I would be satisfied. She came over the day before my appointment to give me an estimate on the condo. My condo is 600 square feet, hard wood floors, and she gave me an estimate of $200 with a $20 discount. My friend has a 3 bedroom house that charges the same price. I figured since she claims to be so good, I wouldn't mind paying that much because I just want the house to be clean before I move out. She also said she had to pay her girls 15 an hour and doesn't know how long mines would take. Mind you, everything was completed empty because I just moved out and I just needed her to clean all the stuff that has been piling up, very minor stuff. I'm just very busy so I couldn't clean myself. She arrived the next day at 5pm, said she will call me once she was done. Called me at 720pm and said omg it's too much, I can't, it's too much, but um it's done. I got there, there was still lots of things that needed to be wiped down. Vertical blinds were NOT clean, fire place was NOT wiped down, Patio floors were NOT mopped, floors were just wiped down with some stains still there, there was a stinky moldy smell from her mop, and they took off one of my toilet covers padding and did not replace it and by the time I noticed, I already paid and tipped and she had left the premises. She only had one girl with her, which means she pocketed the rest of it. I actually have to come back today to wipe down the rest of the stuff that they missed. The work she did was OK, NOT worth $200. Her work is worth MAYBE $100. I will not be returning, I really did not like how she said she was going to do an excellent job and then tell me the day of that it was too much. Not professional at all.

I received a couple proofs that I reviewed for accuracy. The final product came in on time and was exactly what I needed to get permits pulled. The plans were so good in fact my building office issued the permit in less than 1 hour. Price was very fair. Having worked with 5 plus architecture firms over the past few years for different projects North Arrow, specifically Tom were the most professional and provided the best I could have hoped for. Structural design, blueprints and a 3d rendering was exactly what I needed. I will 100% contract for blueprints for the next house I build.
